Continuous Renewal Service Terms
By subscribing today to Special Delivery Standard Subscription quarterly term, you will receive your first box for $34.95 plus shipping and handling (applicable sales tax will be added). By subscribing today to Special Delivery Standard Subscription annual term, you will pre-pay for 4 boxes for $139.04, plus shipping and handling for all 4 boxes in that term (applicable sales tax will be added). Unless you cancel, you will automatically receive a new box full of items every season, for the current quarterly subscription fee (currently $44.95), or current annual subscription fee (currently $189), plus shipping per box and applicable sales tax.
Special Delivery Plus Box subscribers will receive their first box for $84.00 plus shipping and handling. Unless you cancel, you will automatically receive a new box every season, for the current quarterly subscription fee (currently $99.00), plus shipping per box and applicable sales tax. Special Delivery Sunday Table Box subscribers will receive their first box for $169.00 plus shipping and handling. Unless you cancel, you will automatically receive a new box every season, for the current quarterly subscription fee (currently $189.00), plus shipping per box and applicable sales tax.
As a subscriber at either level, your box will be the first to ship each season and you will receive a communication to alert you it is on its way. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each membership term. You authorize us to charge the credit/debit card used when you subscribed at the then-current rate unless you cancel. You may contact customer care at support@getspecialdelivery.com to edit your payment info or cancel at any time.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
Section 20 - Quarterly Delivery and Billing
As a subscribed Special Delivery Subscription Box LLC member, each quarter we will ship you a package with a different selection of items that are picked by our staff. Each quarter of your subscription, the selection of Products may change. Accordingly, Special Delivery Subscription Box LLC cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.
By subscribing you agree to pay the quarterly subscription fee for the products that are supplied each quarter.
Prepaid annual memberships may not be canceled mid-term. Prepayment of the membership is a contract to receive a box each quarter of the membership. However, members have the ability to return any box they do not enjoy per our Return Policy (Section 21) for a prorated refund of their prepaid membership. Member is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Prepaid annual memberships will renew on the 1st of the last month of the membership to ensure membership continuity.
Section 21 - Membership Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
We work hard to make your membership satisfying; however, you may cancel your ongoing membership through your account page. You must update your account on the Website by the 28th of the month before the renewal date.
Your subscription is continuous until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.
Your subscription will continue until you cancel and, if you do not cancel your membership prior to the 28th of the month, your subscription will automatically renew for a new subscription period of the same amount of time.
All cancellation requests received after the 28th of the calendar month following a Subscription Period will apply to the following Subscription Period.
All boxes may be returned within 90 (ninety) days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. In order to be eligible for a refund, all contents must be unopened and unused. A refund will be issued once the package is received by our warehouse.
Annual prepaid memberships may be canceled so they will not renew after the initial annual periods. However, due to the discounts provided on prepaid memberships, we cannot offer cancellations mid-term. If you cancel in the middle of an annual plan, you will continue to receive shipments for the rest of the term. However, you may, in any given month, return your box for a full refund of that particular box subject to the return policy above.
Section 22 - Coupon and Discount Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all coupons, discounts and sales apply only to the initial membership period. All renewals will be at the full, retail price for the particular membership level and term.
Section 23 - Recipe Submission Program
Special Delivery Subscription Box LLC invites users to submit original recipes, photographs, personal stories, and related content through our Recipe Submission Program. By submitting content, you grant Special Delivery Subscription Box LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and promote your Submitted Content in any medium or format.
