- Your first box includes an exclusive cookbook, recipe card collections hand-picked by our kitchen experts, and essential kitchen gadgets. Each season you will get a fresh box with more recipes, gadgets and seasonal fun.
- When will my box ship?
- When you purchase a box, it ships within a few business days. All subsequent subscription boxes ship on a seasonal schedule - 4 times per year. You will receive an email letting you know when your next box is on the way.
- When will I get billed for my subscription?
- Payment is taken at checkout, and then you are enrolled in our regular billing and shipping schedule. Subsequent boxes are charged between the 1st and the 5th of the shipping month.
- What is included in the box?
- Items per box: 5-6 of our best-loved products. The PLUS Box gets you an additional 2-4 exclusive premium products. Each season our Test Kitchen curates recipes, cooking tools, and kitchen helpers, sent right to your doorstep.
- Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
- Yes - you may cancel anytime before you are billed for the next box. To cancel, email Customer Care at support@getspecialdelivery.com, or manage your account from the subscription login page.
