WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
When you purchase a box, it will ship within 5-12 business days. All subsequent subscription boxes will ship around the 10th of the seasonal months per the schedule below. You’ll receive an email letting you know when your next box is on the way.
WHEN WILL I GET BILLED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
For a single box purchase, payment is taken at checkout.
With a subscription box purchase, payment is taken at checkout and then you are enrolled in our regular billing and shipping schedule. Subsequent boxes are charged on the 1st of the shipping month, and they are shipped by the 10th.
